Each sale records the items it took out of inventory. When stock leaves with no sale behind it, that gap is flagged the same day — not at month-end.
Payments are checked against your accounts
You list the accounts your business actually uses. Money arriving anywhere else is flagged immediately, even when the amount is exactly right.
Delivery has to be recorded
A sale isn't finished until fulfilment is logged. Anything paid for but never dispatched surfaces on its own.
